The International Bilingual School — Ready for Thailand. Ready for the World.
In Secondary School, students follow a broad and rigorous Cambridge pathway leading towards internationally recognised qualifications, including IGCSE. Learning is designed to deepen subject knowledge while strengthening students’ ability to think critically, solve complex problems and apply learning in meaningful, real-world contexts.
The curriculum is also deliberately bilingual. Strong English supports international study and English-medium programmes, while strong academic Thai keeps important pathways open into competitive Thai university courses and future leadership opportunities within Thailand.
Clear progression at each stage of Secondary.
Years 7 and 8 consolidate core skills, develop effective learning habits and build strong academic foundations for the IGCSE years ahead.
Years 9 and 10 begin the internationally recognised Cambridge IGCSE programme, allowing students to explore subject choices in greater depth while building academic rigour and subject mastery.
Years 11 to 13 allow students to follow a personalised pathway that reflects their aspirations: a Cambridge Academic Pathway for university study or career-focused pathways that include applied learning options.
What the pathway protects
- Strong foundations in English, Mathematics and Science
- Thai language, culture and identity as part of the bilingual model
- Guided subject choices linked to future study plans
- Academic support, pastoral care and parent partnership
- Future options in Thailand and internationally
Skills beyond the classroom.
Secondary learning at SBS Rangsit combines Cambridge-standard academics with bilingual development, wider learning, wellbeing and personal development so students grow into confident young adults.

Broad, balanced and challenging
Upper School combines internationally recognised Cambridge IGCSE courses with wider learning and personal development. Students develop subject knowledge, independent study habits, critical thinking, communication skills and responsibility for their own progress.
Bilingual confidence
English and Thai are central to the SBS Rangsit model, while Mandarin provides an additional language experience that broadens cultural awareness and global outlook.
A unified Cambridge pathway in Years 9 and 10.
At SBS Rangsit, Years 9 and 10 follow a unified Cambridge pathway. Students are part of one shared Upper School curriculum rather than being separated into fixed programmes too early. This gives students broader access to subjects and greater flexibility in shaping their IGCSE pathway.
